SHIPPING
Pianos are big! Let's be real here, pianos are large and cumbersome. Even our smallets model arrives in a box that is 64x33x12 inches. Be prepared to discard large boxes and pieces of shipping materials.
Shipping Guarantees
We do our best to ship pianos by the date reported by your salesperson. Once the shipment is loaded on the freight truck or dropped off at a freight facility, the freight is in the hands of the carrier. We can not guarantee any arrival date due to this liability. Please make arrangements to have your piano arrive well ahead of when you need it.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping prices will include residential delivery with lift-gate* (where available, exceptions apply).
If you can't have the order delivered to your door or you want to save some money there are other options to choose from:
-
Commercial delivery is available to any business that is capable of freight deliveries. This can be up to $125 less than residential.
-
Freight Center Pick-up - have your order sent to the freight company's closest terminal and pick it up yourself. This can be up to $125 less than residential. Most freight centers will let you leave the packaging materials behind with their waste.
-
Pick Up your order from our shop in Michigan. If you live nearby, you could save all the shipping cost and even get a discount on your bill!
International Shipping
We have sent pianos to the UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Hong Kong and others! International shipping can be tricky though. Do your research to understand your country's import protocols and expenses. We can provide the commercial invoice and declarations. We generally charge an international shipping fee for the extra logistics required.
Shipping Liabilities
Our products leave in perfect condition in well packaged boxes. Take photos and note ALL noticeable damage to the package when it arrives. The driver will provide a form requiring your signature as proof of delivery. Note this damage on the paperwork before you sign it. Damage claims and insurance will be denied if there is no record of damage upon delivery.
